Update: Guess what? I was right. This light switch sold out as soon as the deal ran out. Called it.

Over the last week or so, the TP-Link Wi-Fi Light Switch has been steadily dropping in price. Throughout the last six months it has mostly sold around $34 with a few spikes in the price, but for the moment it has dropped down to $25.45. It hasn't dropped this low since 2016's Black Friday sales when it hit a price just below $25. It also looks like this switch sold out for a brief period of time recently, so this deal will probably see it sell out again soon enough.

The TP-Link smart switch can be installed like any traditional light switch, although if you don't have experience messing with the internal wiring of your home you should probably contact an electrician. It can connect to any electronics in your home using the free app and available Internet. The app can let you control multiple connected devices individually and set scheduled on/off times.

The switch is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
